Erica is hands down the best realtor one could use in central Florida. We had been trying unsuccessfully to purchase a farm for 2 years with several other realtors. The deals kept falling apart for one reason or another especially as the other people we used were decidedly unhelpful in getting through the Florida real estate maze. Erica went way way above and beyond more then once for us. This deal should have also probably collapsed but it did not 100% because Erica was willing to make the calls and push and make the impossible, possible. Would recommend her to anyone.
