Erica is amazing at her job.   We were so fortunate that she just happened to pick up the phone when we called regarding a property we were interested in.   Not only did she help us purchase our new property, but she also represented us selling our property down in Melbourne.   She went above and beyond on both ends for us.   Traveling down to Melbourne several times for open houses, fixing things, walk thrus....you name it she did it.   Her dedication and loyalty to her clients are what makes her the agent that she is.    She was always there for us with any questions we had.   Her communication to us on everything was spot on! Erica was the Sellers agent when we bought our home in ocala.  I’ve never seen someone so thorough and so helpful.  It’s been 3 years and she still helps me with any real estate questions I have. About 2 1/2 - 3 years ago, I met this wonderful real estate agent named Erica Larson. I decided to move to FL after thinking it over & discussing it with my parents. I knew the process was not going to be easy, (packing, moving & job transfer, house searching, traveling to FL) especially after living in DE for several years. I started searching online, my first choice was looking in Jacksonville with another real estate agent but my experience was terrible. My second choice was Erica Larson..what a blessing/honor. It was such an absolute pleasure meeting her from the very first day speaking to Erica until the closing of my first home purchase. Erica Larson is an outstanding, professional, knowledgeable agent. Since our first conversation and throughout the whole process, she has always made sure I always felt like a priority. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of, from arranging inspectors, electricians, plumbers, brokers, insurance companies & etc. Erica researched potential issues with properties if any & making sure issues were corrected. Erica's negotiation skills were excellent in trying to find a best deal. Throughout the journey, she also had patience & understanding of whether if I needed additional time or information on a certain property. Erica went more than beyond, going out of her way to always answer my calls, messages, emails etc.. even if it was late at night due to my work schedule. Erica Larson was not only our realtor but a close & dear friend to my family & I. If any of my family/friends decide to purchase a home without a doubt I would recommend her.
